There’s nothing worse than finding the perfect software, only to discover it’s not regularly updated or that you can’t access meaningful support. At AJ Tek, we believe it’s important to constantly evolve our software and be available to our customers should there be any questions or issues. That’s why WAM licenses come with fast, reliable support.

Updated WSUS Maintenance Software

We’re always looking at ways to improve WAM and we’re excited to announce that the new version is scheduled to be released in January 2020. All current license holders will be able to download the new version and access all the updated features. Some of the new features in this release are: digitally signed installer and PowerShell scripts, added all Windows 10 versions to the Decline Multiple Types Of Updates stream, added variables to be used in the Configuration for subject lines, bug fixes and more.

Online Customer Support

We created WAM to be simple to install and simple to use. Once installed, WAM works in the background to automate almost all WSUS maintenance tasks. Most people can download, install and run WAM with no problems, but if for some reason you do run into an issue, we offer prompt, online support for all active licenses.

Have an issue with WAM? Often, if a customer has an issue running WAM, they’re just missing the required software. If you have the required software and are still experiencing a problem, don’t hesitate to open a support ticket online.

WAM automates the often frustrating tasks of updating WSUS, allowing you to spend time on other tasks. WAM is available for purchase by credit card or Bitcoin online and the yearly license is only $90 USD

WSUS Automated Maintenance (WAM) system was developed by AJ Tek and is used by system administrators worldwide—from Australia to Antarctica. With over 50,000 unique downloads, it’s the preferred method of WSUS maintenance worldwide.

“The difference between relying on just the built-in Cleanup Wizard and WAM is striking. With the WAM software we recovered more than 500GB of space in unneeded updates and have a WSUS solution that runs cleaner, faster and well…runs. The install was incredibly simple, clean and fully automated. We get regular reports from WAM outlining the steps taken on its scheduled runs, so we always know that it’s doing its job and keeping our house clean. Add to that the incredible price tag, for which we get amazing, and prompt support and don’t have to dig through mountains of blog posts to find solutions that this software rolls into one incredibly efficient package. We would gladly pay far more for this product, given the high level of support and functionality of the product.”
